Your first cutting plan.
Choose the practice guide for the working mode selected when you first set up the application.
Which window do you see?
Look at the piece-list area in the main window. If there is no separate project list beside it, choose First plan — one current project.
If you can see a separate project list beside the pieces, choose First plan — working with projects.
Keep your current mode for this exercise. Each guide takes you from entering stock and pieces to checking and saving your first result. Use the material groups, devices and optimization profiles created during initial setup.
For a first trial without a specific comparison goal, you can keep Optimal when it is already selected. The name alone does not show whether the plan is suitable for your workshop: check that the plan includes the required quantity of every piece, then check material use and the cutting sequence.

How to start
For a window without a separate project list: enter stock and pieces, calculate a plan and keep the practice inputs.
First plan — working with projectsFor a window with a separate project list: enter stock and pieces, calculate a plan and save the result without changing quantities.
Optimization from basic to advancedChoose settings for your job, balance calculation time against material use, and check the complete cutting plan.
Results, acceptance and historyReview the full job before updating records or issuing work instructions.
Workspace and dataUnderstand what each list represents before entering a production job.
Pieces, dimensions and edge bandsEnter the finished requirement and inspect the dimensions that will be cut.
Gross, net and cutting dimensionsFollow one piece from the specified finished size to cutting, lists and printed information.
Material groups and stockSet up the material, available quantities and usable stock sizes.
Cutting devices and constraintsMake each layout reflect what the workshop can actually cut.
Advanced
Map the file to TonCut fields, then verify the imported records.
Export data and cutting resultsChoose a file format that the receiving program or machine can use, then check the exported data.
Print cutting plansTurn the selected result into readable workshop instructions.
Piece and offcut labelsSelect the right records and fit their information to the physical label stock.
ZPL label templatesUse external templates with TonCut data and check the rendered result.
Configuration and repeatable workKeep units, display choices and reusable settings consistent.
Troubleshooting and final checksWork from the input and constraints toward the output.
